Matt Coleman is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Nephila Climate. For over 15 years, Matt has quantified weather risk and created financial products that enable public and private institutions to transfer weather risk to the capital markets. Matt joined Nephila in 2011 and previously worked at Citadel LLC and the National Center for Atmospheric Research. His key responsibilities include partnership development and oversight; structuring and pricing of weather risk transfer products; and ongoing business development for Nephila Climate’s investment funds. Matt has an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, MS in Meteorology from the Pennsylvania State University, and BS in Chemistry and Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia.
